About Us

Ray Lewis & Company first began in 1933 selling mine ponies and used mining equipment. The business was later expanded by Ray Lewis' son, Ray Evan Lewis, into the industrial and construction supply company that we still know today.

Current owner Tad Rose (Bo-Ro Inc. dba Ray Lewis & Company) purchased the business in June of 1998, and he continues to help the business expand and flourish with new locations in Youngstown, Ohio and Harrisville, Pennsylvania.

We pride ourselves on being there to make any of your assemblies in minutes, (not hours, or days), but minutes! We always have an extensive supply of hoses, fittings, adapters, etc. to make sure that we can handle any of your hose needs.

All three locations have the capabilities to make any hydraulic hoses from 1/4" – 2" ID. Most hoses & fittings are in stock for 2-wire, 4-wire, and 6-wire applications. Each location also has a full stock of any of your suction, discharge, water, air, sandblast, or industrial hoses to handle nearly any application. We also are able to get any type of special hose that you may need, in an efficient and timely manner.
